A leading pharmaceutical company needs a new data center at short notice to expand the IT capacities of an existing manufacturing and research campus. CADOLTO DATACENTER placed the order for a turnkey, customized data center with approx. 0.5 MW capacity and 1,200 m² gross floor area with a general contractor. In terms of quality, cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency, this is in no way inferior to the pioneer in Leverkusen.
In a demanding tendering process, CADOLTO DATACENTER’s innovative solution convinced the customer. With our solution, the customer is able to decommission an old data center in a very short time and replace it with the innovative solution from CADOLTO DATACENTER. This was built with a PUE value < 1.2, taking into account the latest technology and sustainability. Three top-level requirements were relevant to the customer’s decision when the requirements for the project were being determined: Investment, time and quality.
