We are looking for a
Project Manager (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for technically challenging data center projects from the initial proposal through to successful turnkey handover—in an environment where modular construction, state-of-the-art building technology, speed, and innovation come together.

Your area of responsibility

Taking over project management, specializing in technical equipment for data centers
Direct client/partner support for ongoing projects, consulting and project planning during the proposal phase
Commissioning and coordinating subcontractors (focus on building services engineering, electrical systems, refrigeration/air-conditioning technology, fire alarm/fire suppression technology, security technology)
End-to-end project management — clients, subcontractors, and on-site construction — through to successful project completion
Consulting and supporting clients in Germany and abroad (D–A–CH)
Professional support at trade fairs and events
Complete documentation for project tracking
Identifying opportunities and risks, including the willingness to make decisions
Contract review & change order management
Strategic proposal/contract negotiations with subcontractors

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in the construction and/or operation of data centers
  • Experience in sales or project management (at least 10 years of professional experience)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action, independent working style, a high level of initiative and commitment
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Adequate knowledge of procurement and contract regulations for construction services
  • Specific and sound knowledge of the listed building services trades
  • Quick comprehension, customer orientation, and service mindset
  • IT skills (MS Office)
